Note Taking

 Description

Google Keep is a syncing notepad that connects to Google Drive. It also supports photo notes, voice notes, and checklists. It allows you to quickly capture what's on your mind and share those thoughts with your peers. Speak a voice memo on the go and have it automatically transcribed. Catch a snapshot, easily organize or find it later in search.

It's ideal for quick note-taking on the go, anyone who appreciates simple, fast note-taking tools. Start saviing your note in Google Keep now, https://www.google.com/keep

 Features
  • Capture, edit, share, and collaborate on your notes on any device, anywhere.
  • Add notes, lists, photos, and audio.
  • Everything you add to Keep syncs across your devices so your important stuff is always with you.

 Affordances
  • Quickly filter and search for notes by color and other attributes like lists with images, audio notes with reminders or just see shared notes.
  • The interface is colorful and easy to use. Those colors are actually organization tools that make it easy to tell your personal notes apart from your work-related ones.
  • It is a robust tool meant to fit into a total Google workflow.

 Limitations
  • Can only import local images; web images must be saved locally then imported. They must be less than 10MB and 25 megapixels. You'll note that we didn't mention PDFs —more on that in a bit.
  • Google Keep is a free online service and there is an iOS app which requires iOS 8.0 or higher.

 Platforms Supported
Latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari browers
