 Description

Screencastify is a Chrome browser extension. It has recording options - record a single tab in your web browser, capture all screen activity, or use your webcam. It also allows teachers to annotate on screens. Recordings are autosave into Google drive or share online via YouTube. It is a useful tool in describing a step-by-step process or virtual commenting on students’ work. It helps humanize the learning experience for students and increase their learning engagement.


 How it works

Install screencastify as an extension by adding it to the Chrome browser. After signing up, the recording tools, annotation tools and the autosave will be available for use.
